Welcome to the Rainforest Retreat in Coorg, an award winning eco-lodge that practices tourism, sustainable agriculture, and emphasizes environmental awareness. It is located on a certified organic spice farm (Mojo Plantation) in one of the most natural and scenic parts of Kodagu district.

Hand-pollinate vanilla flowers, pick coffee, hang out with the resident dogs, cat, geese, cows and goat, and spot endemic orchids and abundant wildlife: jackals, civet cats, barking deer, boars and more than 100 bird species.

Coffee is grown in the shade of the rainforest trees and the ripe red berries are handpicked, sundried, hulled, "monsooned" to get it its unique flavor, graded, roasted and ground, all at the farm. The coffee is a special blend between arabica and robusta varieties and gives a strong brew, which is best tasted as a mocca or espresso.

The farm produces one of the world's most exclusive varieties of Civet Coffee. After collecting and manual processing, these beans yield an aromatic coffee widely recognized as one of the most exclusive in the world.
