We start from the Bread of Life Bakery in the Shivala Ghat area just north of Ratnakar Park. It is opposite of Aggarwal Radio, a well known shop in the Shivala area. Soon you will be walking through beautiful narrow lanes of Banaras. Take all the pictures you like. You will discover new things at every turn. Talk to the locals.
Eventually you will end up on Bengali Tola, the street of the Bengalis, where there are hidden Mother Goddess Kali shrines. See life along the riverside.
The tour ends at the historic ritual bathing site called Dasashwamedh, the ten-horse sacrifice ghat.
