Day 1: Arrive Delhi

 

Arrive at Delhi’s airport/station and transfer to hotel. Optional afternoon guided tour of Delhi. Welcome dinner party.

 

Day 2: Delhi – Manali by car (550 Kms. – 11 hrs)

 

After breakfast drive to Manali, at the northern end of the Kullu Valley and on the banks of River Beas. On route see beautiful villages on green hills.

 

Day 3: Manali (100 Kms. – 2 hours)

 

After breakfast, you will be introduced to our Royal Enfield 500cc Motorcycle. Our road captain will tell you the driving rules and teach you skills to handle the Royal Enfield in the hills. Test-drive your Royal Enfield around Manali for local sightseeing.

 

Day 4: Manali – Keylong (115 Kms. – 5 hrs)

 

Start your Trans Himalayan motorcycle tour. Ride to Keylong (3080 m) over Rohtang la pass (3980 m). Crossing Rohatang pass is very challenging due to bad road and wet soil. Keylong is an oasis of green fields and willow trees, water streams surrounded with brown hills and snow capped peaks. 
 
Day 5: Keylong – Sarchu (140 Kms. – 5 hrs)

 

Cross the scenic Bara Lacha La Pass at a height of 4890 meters on your Royal Enfield. After crossing the pass, descend to reach the vast Sarchu plains. Sarchu, on the Bhaga river, offers marvelous views of the majestic Himalayas.
  
Day 6: Sarchu – Leh (250 Kms. – 7 hrs)

 

Ride to Leh. Pass through the famous Moore Plains and cross the world’s third highest motorable road, the Tanglang la Pass (5360 meters). Ride along panoramic villages and the Indus River to the ancient city of Leh.

 

Day 7: Leh free day

 

Today is free day for rest. Alternatively, you can enjoy river rafting.

 

Day 8: Indus valley sightseeing (70 Kms.)

 

Visit the Shey Palace - a ruined castle, a 14th century Thikse monastery, and the Hemis monastery.

 

Day 9: Leh – Khardung La Pass – Leh

 

Get a complete 360 degree panorama from your Royal Enfield as you cross the world’s highest motorable road, the Khardungla La Pass. Take pictures at the top and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee at the highest cafeteria in the world. Ride back to Leh. After lunch, ride to the Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, Magnetic hill and Sangam (confluence of Indus & Zanskar River).

 

Day 10:  Leh – Tso-Moriri (220 Kms. – 6 hrs)

 

Ride to Tso Moriri Lake, at 4595 meters. Check into the camp and relax.
    
Day 11: Tso Moriri – Sarchu (220 Kms. – 6 hrs)

 

Spend time beside the lake and then ride to Sarchu. On route visit Tso Kar Lake.
 
Day 12: Sarchu – Jispa (110 Kms. – 4 hrs)

 

Ride to Jispa, a beautiful village on the Bhaga River. The surrounding peaks covered with mist and clouds provide an awesome view.

 

Day 13: Jispa – Manali (145 Kms. – 5 hrs)

 

Today is the last day of this motorcycle tour. Once again cross the Rohtang la pass to reach Manali. Check into the hotel and relax. Farewell dinner party with unlimited beer, dance, music and bon-fire where you share your experiences and learning’s.

 

Day 14: Manali – Delhi by car (550 Kms. – 11 hrs drive by car)

 

Drive back to Delhi.

 

Day 15: Depart from Delhi

 

After breakfast, enjoy the local sightseeing of Delhi, if time permits. Later, you will be transferred to Airport/station.
